Before you choose
How do I switch or cancel a plan?
Open Profile → membership access on web and choose Manage subscription for a web purchase. For an Apple purchase, use Apple subscription settings. Review the price and effective date shown by your billing provider before confirming a change.
What if my Apple purchase is missing?
On iPhone, open Settings → Access & Membership and select Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and check the intended Budgeteer Pro account and household. If access still looks wrong, contact support before purchasing again.
How do I get the iPhone app?
The native iPhone app is in TestFlight beta. Contact us for access.
What happens after the trial?
Your 14-day no-card trial ends without a charge. Automatic bank syncing pauses, while your existing accounts and transactions stay available. Choose Premium to resume syncing, or keep budgeting for free.
Do I need a separate plan for my partner?
No. Premium covers one household, including its members. The same household access works across web and iOS.
When does paid billing start?
Choosing a paid plan starts billing immediately, including during your free trial. Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year. You can cancel future renewals at any time and keep access through the paid period.
Which banks can I connect?
Bank linking supports participating U.S. financial institutions. Availability and update timing vary by bank. You can use manual accounts and CSV imports whenever a connection is unavailable.
Can I keep using the free plan?
Yes. Manual accounts, budgets, analytics, household sharing, savings goals, and debt planning remain free. Premium adds automatic bank syncing.
