These terms are the agreement between you and Budgeteer Pro LLC. They cover what you can expect from the service, what we expect from you, and how billing, bank connections, and cancellation work.

1.Who We Are and Acceptance
Budgeteer Pro is operated by Budgeteer Pro LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Budgeteer Pro,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Budgeteer Pro. The service is offered for use in the United States; we make no claim that it is appropriate or available elsewhere.
3.License
Budgeteer Pro grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform
- Do not copy or redistribute proprietary materials without permission
- Do not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or households that are not yours
4.Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. If you invite another person into your household workspace, you are responsible for what they can see and do within it.
5.Bank Connections
Budgeteer Pro can connect to your financial institutions through Plaid Inc. to import account balances and transaction history. Connecting an account is optional and read-only: we cannot move money, make payments, or change anything at your bank.
- You authorize us to access and import your account data through Plaid when you link an institution
- You authenticate with your bank or through Plaid, depending on the institution. Budgeteer Pro never receives or stores your bank credentials
- You may disconnect an institution at any time from the Accounts screen
- Imported data may be delayed, incomplete, or restated by your bank, and is not a substitute for your official statements
6.Not Financial, Tax, Investment, or Legal Advice
Budgeteer Pro is a bookkeeping and budgeting tool. Everything it displays — including budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, trends, insights, and any other calculated figure — is informational only and is generated automatically from the data available to it. It is not financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the service. Decisions you make are your own, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you see here.
7.Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Budgeteer Pro offers a free tier and a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand
- Your subscription renews for the same term you purchased (monthly or annual) and is charged to your payment method at renewal
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple account settings; cancellation must be done there, and Apple’s refund policy applies to those purchases
- Purchases made on the web are billed by our payment processor and can be cancelled from your account settings
- The 14-day signup trial requires no payment method and does not convert or charge automatically. A paid subscription starts only when you explicitly purchase a plan, including if you purchase before the trial ends
- Deleting your Budgeteer Pro account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Apple purchases in Apple subscription settings, or web purchases through Manage subscription, before deleting your account
- We may change subscription pricing prospectively; changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for
8.Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. You can cancel at any time to prevent further charges. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s refund process, which we do not control.
9.Data and Privacy
Your use of Budgeteer Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, who processes it on our behalf, and how to export or delete it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for using the service lawfully.
10.Service Availability
We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Bank connections depend on third parties, including Plaid and your financial institution, and may break or be unavailable for reasons outside our control.
11.Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. On deletion, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.Disclaimers
Budgeteer Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that imported financial data will be accurate, complete, or current.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budgeteer Pro and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial decision made in reliance on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
14.Accuracy and Updates
Product materials may contain errors or omissions. We may update content and functionality without prior notice.
15.Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and Budgeteer Pro LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
