Create your account

Sign up with email or a social login on the web or the iOS app. Your workspace starts with a sensible set of categories you can reshape at any time.

Get your transactions in

Add transactions by hand, import a CSV or spreadsheet from your bank, or connect an institution for automatic sync where available. Everything downstream — budgets, analytics, insights — is built from these rows.

Importing 2–3 months of history unlocks the good stuff: recurring detection, spending analytics, and a drafted budget.

Let the app propose a budget

Once a full month of history exists, Budgeteer Pro drafts a budget from your real spending — each line with a plain-English reason. Review it on the Categories page; nothing applies until you approve.

Invite your household (optional)

Add your partner from Profile settings. Shared accounts become visible to both of you; anything you mark private stays yours alone.
